Cancellation Policy
Order once placed shall not be cancelled. Elira Technology Private Limited will not accept any cancellations against orders paid for using online mode of payment (credit/debit card and net banking).
Elira Technology Private Limited reserves the right to accept or cancel orders for any reason. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Elira Technology Private Limited and accept Elira Technology Private Limited decision regarding the cancellation.
Elira Technology Private Limited also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of:
- Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
- Any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of Elira Technology Private
Limited. - Availability of material.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back in your Credit Card Account.
Refund Policy
Items purchased from www.elira.co.in may be replaced in case of ‘defect’ or ‘damage’ (subject to the condition of the policy) but are not eligible for Product return or payment refund. Replacement may take up to 10-15 working days.
For failed transactions Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed by reversing the mode of payment. The normal time for such refunds is 10-15 working days.
